Some high protein low carb options for snacks throughout the day with an Oreo Ice cream sandwich for dinner. The Oreo Ice cream sandwich is in there purely as a treat and can be taken out for an alternative dessert if you don't feel comfortable eating it. If you balance your day out well (keep an eye out for next post), you should be fine to fit in a dessert like this :)
